2011 Red Sox Realities

What is ailing the BoSox? Or are they playing at their true level and not at the heavenly pre-season heights?The truth is they were overrated BUT they are playing below their true quality.Their pitching is tsunami-like in its ups and downs.Their hitting is okay but hasn't produced many gushers ie big innings.My personal hope at this point is simply that they have a far better record than the St.Louis Cardinals,their National League first cousins.By the end of this season they will but just barely.
