Moneyball

The movie is enjoyable but won't satisfy real baseball analysts.Besides OBP,no bunting and stealing it doesn't talk about strategy. It didn't even give quick explanations of why certain players are acceptable during the trading scene. Overall, brought back memories and well-done . Baseball games are fun to watch in film and scouts around table were a great cast group. Peter could have talked more, assessing more players but they were going for the greater masses and didn't want to get too dry.

I agree. There are not nearly enough baseball movies nowadays. Maybe Moneyball will be a success at the box office and entice more directors illuminate the beautiful game.
