Improvements to Speed It Up

Changing the ball almost every pitch is ridiculous, not necessary and time -consuming.Let the catcher fire it back right away and keep the game flowing. Reduce ability of hitters to get out of the box. Pitcher also can't step off as often and not with empty bases. Three warmup pitches are enough. No throwing around ball after a strikeout.   Thats a start.

I completely agree with the throwing the ball around the diamond and the like. You got the out, whoop dee do! You got another 26 to go! Get the ball back to the Pitcher and go get em!!
Also, getting rid of the catcher altogether would save tons of time. Each pitch hits a wall behind the plate and falls into a funnel that goes into the ground and the ball rolls back to the pitcher (think bowling). Added bonus: the umpire can judge the imprint on the wall whether its a strike or ball.
